Ingredients
For the matcha chia pudding base:
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1–2 tsp matcha powder (adjust to taste)
For the strawberry topping:
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, mashed

In a medium bowl or jar, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond extract, and matcha powder. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Add the chia seeds and whisk until they are evenly distributed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency.

Split the chia pudding into 2-3 servings and add the mashed strawberries on top.
