Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

  1. Add the chia seeds and whisk until they are evenly distributed.

  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency.

  1. Add the base chia pudding to a blender with the cocoa, oats, and chocolate chips. Blend until it's smooth.

  1. Pour it into two bowls and add your favorite toppings.

  1. Enjoy!

Note

This chocolate chia pudding with oats thickens as it chills, creating a rich, creamy texture with a slightly hearty bite. For best results, whisk well when mixing and again after 5–10 minutes to prevent clumping. If it becomes too thick, simply add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Made with cocoa powder, chia seeds, oats, and Greek yogurt, this healthy chocolate chia pudding is high in fiber and perfect for meal prep, breakfast, or a satisfying snack.
