As part of my 21 Days of Chia Pudding series (Day 16!), this one quickly became a favorite. It’s simple to make, incredibly satisfying, and feels a little extra without any extra effort.

How to Store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. Stir before serving and add fresh toppings when ready to eat.

A creamy, high-protein strawberry matcha chia pudding made with a smooth matcha base and topped with naturally sweet mashed strawberries for the perfect refreshing balance.
In a medium bowl or jar, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond extract, and matcha powder. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
Add the chia seeds and whisk until they are evenly distributed.Â
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency.Â
Split the chia pudding into 2-3 servings and add the mashed strawberries on top.Â
Add your other favorite toppings.
